Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
Details:
Shift: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
Location: Markham
Training: 3 months in-office
Type: Temp-perm
Payrate:$23-26 per hour
Qualifications:
High school diploma (post-secondary preferred)
1–3 years in customer service/call center/client-facing roles
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
Experience with inbound/outbound calls and emails
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry
Comfortable using multiple systems, MS Office, and CRM tools
Handles confidential information appropriately
Strong organization and time management
Key Responsibilities:
Primary contact for clients via phone
Manage inbound calls and follow-ups (calls/emails)
Resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Document interactions accurately
Send clear, timely client communications
Medical call center or receptionist background preferred; must be computer literate.
Computer testing will be required
