Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Pointe-Claire, QC - Fully in office
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 + Benefits
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (rotating weekends)
Job Responsibilities
• Handle after-sales customer service inquiries by phone (post-delivery, damages, repairs, escalations).
• Process work orders for service technicians, product exchanges, returns, and discounts.
• Order parts and manage charge-backs to manufacturers.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Occasionally assist walk-in customers onsite.
Qualifications
• Have at least 2–3 years in the same customer service role
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Have strong experience speaking with customers over the phone in a professional environment.
• Are comfortable with high call volumes and paperwork-heavy processes.
• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to learning our systems quickly.
• Thrive in a collaborative office setting alongside dispatch and service teams.
