Bilingual Customer Service
Details:
•Fulltime/Perm
•Location: Burlington, ON - Hybrid after 3 months
•Salary: $50,000-$55,000
•Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Duties:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and fax – responsible for roughly 60-80 calls per day as well as email correspondence.
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business
Education, Certifications & Experience:
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high call-volume environment
• Bilingual in English and French is required
• CRM or ERP software experience required
