Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Pointe-Claire, QC
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (rotating weekends)
Pay: $45,000–$50,000 per year
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will:
• Handle after-sales customer service inquiries by phone (post-delivery, damages, repairs, escalations).
• Process work orders for service technicians, product exchanges, returns, and discounts.
• Coordinate inspections for product exchanges and ensure stock availability in the warehouse.
• Order parts and manage charge-backs to manufacturers.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Occasionally assist rare walk-in customers onsite.
• Learn our in-house system during a structured training period (approx. 2–4 weeks).
Qualifications
• Have at least 2–3 years in the same customer service role (no frequent job changes).
• Are fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Have strong experience speaking with customers over the phone in a professional environment.
• Are comfortable with high call volumes and paperwork-heavy processes.
• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to learning our systems quickly.
• Thrive in a collaborative office setting alongside dispatch and service teams.
