Bilingual Customer Service And Order Desk Position
•Fulltime/Perm
•Location: Mississauga - fully in office!
•Salary: $50,000-$60,000
•Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Duties
•The Customer Support Representative answers inbound office calls and redirects them to the correct department
•The Customer Support Representative answers inbound office calls for orders and enters these orders into the system
Other responsibilities as follows: This support can be, but is not limited to: Entering parts orders, and handling customer service inquiries regarding technical support, billing, and general information requests
To keep a close relationship with the sales team and account managers regarding all customer issues that can affect client satisfaction
Qualifications:
•Attention to detail, responsible, good customer service, reliable, eager to learn and initiative.
•3+ years of similar order desk work experience.
•Must have good Excel/typing skills
•Fluent in French and English
