Job: Bilingual Customer Service
Location: Mississauga, ON
Position: Temp - Perm, benefits applicable after transition to permanent role
Salary: $22.00 per hour
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm/9:30am-5:30pm/10:00am-6:00pm.
Hybrid! Only 2-3 days in the office per month

Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicate with internal and external clients through various channels
• Handling front desk calls
• Responding to inquiries
• Data entry
• Educating customer company offerings


Qualifications
• Proven customer service experience within the financial industry
• Must be fully bilingual (written and verbal) in French and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
