Position: Bilingual Customer Service
Location: Newmarket, Ontario
Salary: 50k-55k
Type: Hybrid 4 days on site, 1 remote. (In the winter 2 days at home, 3 on site)
Hours: 8:30am-5pm – Monday to Friday
Perks: 3 weeks vacation, benefits after 3 months bonus, and RRSP

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and sales representatives by entering/editing orders and advising on sales programs.
• Answer customer/consumer inquiries about product and availability.
• Analyze incoming inquiries and formulate a plan to resolve each in a timely manner.
• Assist with the monitoring of phone coverage.

Qualifications:
• Fluent bilingualism in French and English.
• University degree or college diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with a PC; Microsoft Office experience an asset.
• Sports industry knowledge and experience is preferred
