• Full-time, Permanent
• Location: Newmarket, ON – Fully in office
• Pay: $50,000-$55,000
• Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Job Duties:
• Provide product support on 5 main lines of products
• Answer inbound calls
• Enter orders from customers, retailers, wholesales & distributors
• Follow up on all order related issues being proactive on any pricing, availability, and delivery issues
• Follow up on back orders
• Keep customers updated on any issues or product support they require
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Upsell products
• Substitute products when not available, provide suggestions to clients
Requirements:
• Fluently Bilingual in English and French
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Order management experience is a strong asset
• Understanding supply chain
