Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Montreal (Saint-Laurent), Quebec
Salary: $23.50/hour + potential annual bonus of up to $1200
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Start Date: June 2, 2025
Training: 12 weeks in-office
Benefits: Eligible after 3 months (75/25 split, 25% employee contribution)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle a mix of 60% emails and 40% phone calls from customers.
Work in an independent, cubicle-based environment.
Key Requirements:
1+ years of customer service or call center experience
Problem-solving, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
Proficient in Windows; experience with SAP/Salesforce is a plus
Bilingual (French/English)
Must complete French oral assessment and computer literacy tests (75%+ score required)
No pre-planned vacations during the first 3 months of training (limited flexibility)
Additional Information:
