Position: Collections Representative
Location: Mississauga
Type: 1-year contract with the possibility of being hired on permanently
Salary: $33.00/hour
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm (3 days in office, 2 wfh)
Benefits: Medical, dental, 2 weeks of paid vacation, and 2 personal days

Job Description:

- Manage courteous collection practices and maintain reasonable default levels
- Contact delinquent customers promptly and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Maintain accurate records of actions taken to resolve delinquent accounts
- Support the administration of finance company contracts and delinquent account resolution

Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3-5+ years of collections experience in the Automotive industry or similar
- Advanced excel expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and spreadsheet creation.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA)
