Bilingual Customer Service

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will primarily manage a queue of emails and phone calls from a diverse range of end users. The position involves handling 60% email communication and 40% phone calls, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer support.

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Saint-Laurent, Quebec
Salary: $23.50/hour + benefits
Hours: Must be available anytime between 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (3 days in the office, 2 wfh)
Will need to be fully in office for training – 12 weeks of training
Start Date: June 2, 2025

Qualifications:
Strong French and English language skills
1+ years of customer service or call center experience
Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative-taking, and a curious mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
Must be coachable, hard-working, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset
Proficiency with Windows is essential for daily tasks.
