Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Marketing
Hours: Monday – Friday either 8:30am – 4:30pm – 9:00am – 5:00pm can be flexible
however must be 8.5 hr work day.
Salary: $60k – $65k
Location: FULLY IN OFFICE – Downtown Toronto,

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our other staff members. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and efficiently.
MUST HAVES:
- Fully bilingual in English and French (Quebecois French – as the client wants to build their Quebec relationships)
- Knowledge in Abobe, WordPress, all MS Office Suites and Canva
- Someone with personality – great on the phone, personable, as members drop into the office from time to time. Be happy, helpful and supportive.
- Knowledgeable in the organization.
- Organized and great work ethic – Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and eager to work.
- Someone who is punctual and is comfortable with commuting downtown everyday.
