Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French)
$24 dollar an hour or 49k a year
Hours: 8:30am- 5pm or 9am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday. During training hours will be: 8:00am to 4:30pm. Training will be approx. 3 months
Employment Type: temp to perm, hired on after 6 months or less

The Role:
- 75% English. 25% French
- 50% email/ 50% phone *emails are heavier than phones.
- Following a rotating scheduled for emails and phones (ex. 1 week on emails, 1 week on phones)
- working the full cycle order process
- resolving customer inquiries on deliveries, incorrect products, order status inquiries,
- explaining to customers how to order products and making recommendations on the most efficient ways to order
- log information on customer database
- handling warranty issues/ claims
-Trouble shooting and diagnostic of alarm systems
Must Haves:
-Speak English and French written and verbal
-Post secondary education
-Order management and customer service experience (2 years)
-Door hardware experience (asset)
-Alarm /security system knowledge (asset)
-Multi tasking skills
-Quick learner and is Adaptable
