This Bilingual Patient Support Representative (French/English) Position Features:
• 100% Remote
• No Weekends
• Great Pay To $50k
**PLEASE NOTE: this role starts off as a 12 months contract with the intention of going permanent if a good job is done**
The Patient Support Representative will answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, respond to emails and web-based inquiries and other digital platforms from patients and health care professionals nationally across Canada. This will include general inquiries about products and services and helping patients through their medical journey.
Key Responsibilities:
· Quickly and effectively assess and resolve challenging situations
· Effectively learn and use the fulfillment software and available resources to meet the patient’s needs
· Identify gaps in process and areas for potential errors and suggest changes to workflow
· Understand and adhere fully to Health Canada’s Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR)
· Demonstrate professional integrity and practice within legal requirements and ethical principles
General Requirements:
· Fluently bilingual in French/English (MUST)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency with computer office productivity software and strong keyboarding skills is required.
· Experience in using Cannabis fulfillment software an asset (training will be provided on specific platform)
· Maintains high ethical standards
· Commitment to providing exceptional Patient Support
· Performance driven and ability to multi-task
· Hours: Monday- Friday 9am- 7pm (EST) Hours are subject to change
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
