Our client in the Healthcare Industry is seeking is looking for Bilingual Reimbursement Specialists (French and English) to join their team.
• Provide direct assistance to patients requiring reimbursement support via telephone and email
• Participate in the completion of paperwork and follow-up on submissions regarding drug reimbursement/coverage through private or public insurers to optimize drug coverage
• Track and document all case information in the system to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with other team members in order to provide optimal patient support and communication
• Manage challenging patient situations with empathy and patience
• Ensure quality assurance with respect to all mandates related to the patient support program
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, working directly with patients and other health professionals
• Experience with public (provincial and federal) and private third party drug reimbursement plans
• Strong Computer skills in a Windows environment using MS Office and experience using a customer relationship database is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully within a fast paced, team based environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and clients (French and English are a must)
• Able to work flexible hours between 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday – Friday (8 hours shift)
