Do you speak French and English? Our Client is seeking MULTIPLE Bilingual Customer Service Representatives!

Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
10 roles in Toronto, ON M5E 1Z8 (Bay St. & Harbour St.), right across Union Station! and 2 roles in Montreal (Place Ville Marie)
Salary: 54K!
Hybrid Role (1 day at the office, 4 days WFH)!
Hours: Rotating shifts between 8AM - 8PM (Mon/Fri)

Providing exceptional end to end client experience, addressing all customer requests that you are accountable for and interfacing with other areas of the organization, as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, policies and procedures to provide thorough and accurate information to advisors/investors
Act as primary contact for advisors/investors to provide insight as well as solutions for account, transactional, procedural and product queries, through communication in accordance to established Service Level Standards
Maintain the upmost professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with all customers making inquiries


Excellent bilingual communication skills (must be fluent in English & French)
Previous experience in a contact center role, in the financial industry (minimum of 2-5 years, experience w/ mutual funds is an asset)
Post- Secondary education is a must, (completion of CSC or IFIC is preferred)
Well-versed and experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), Salesforce is an asset
Ability to be a self-driven individual who can leverage opportunities to improve skills and capabilities that you can use to build your personal brand
Exceptional customer service skills
Amazing multi-tasking and time-management skills, able to handle more than 1 task at a time in a efficient manner
Top-tier collaboration skills, able to work w/ others towards a common goal
